Concept Builders is a proud participant of the 2018 Parade of homes in Greater Tulsa.
We are presenting three different homes in three separate communities this year in both Sand Springs and Glenpool. Here is our entries...

1813 E. 43rd Street, Sand Springs, OK 74063 (Google Map)
This is the model home in our newest development Teal Ridge, the Martine III is a well thought plan with a very functional layout and great street appeal. It features a spacious living/great room area with a formal nook area... this has an amazing pantry, and amazing master closet and is one of our customers favorites, can be built in a single story version. This home is 3426 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths an office and large game room on the second level. There is also abundant attic storage space and this home just like all of our homes is a HERS Rated inspected and certified with a HERS Rating of 54.

The Dorsey plan feels much larger than the 1886 square feet with a spacious entry, and great room with abundant windows for lots of natural lighting and a vault that carries all the way through the living and kitchen. This plan is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single story plan with a split layout. The master bedroom has an amazing walk-in closet for a home this size, and conveniently connects to the utility room which also has a mud area. This home is still currently under construction, but will be ready for a sneak preview early June.

13400 S. Maple Street, Glenpool, OK 74033 (Google Map)
This is a well appointed version of our very popular Hampton III floor plan. The Hampton III is our smallest floor plan at 1611 square feet but packs a lot of punch! It has a split layout with walk in closets in all three bathrooms. The master bath rivals that of much larger homes and the master closet connects with the utility room. The great room has a continuous vault with lots of windows and natural light. Custom cabinets and this version features hard wood flooring. This home is still under construction but is near completion and will be ready for preview within the next 2-3 weeks.
