I wanted to thank Robert K. and his entire team at Concept Builders. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it was supposed to be when building our house. They were there to answer any questions throughout the entire process and never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions. They were upfront on all the charges and we didn't have any issues with the cost or changes in the design through out the entire process. Robert was very helpful on the designing/customizing of our floor plan so we could get what we wanted and didn't have to just pick a floor plan we made our home unique. Darby was available to answer questions during the building of our home and was awesome to work with. He stayed on top of the contractors and did everything within his power to make sure our home was completed in a timely fashion. Everyone was always very helpful and ready to answer any question we had. I would highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone who was considering building and I know that my husband and I would for sure build with Concept Builders again. I would also recommend building in the new Teal Ridge area of Sand Springs - just minutes away from anything you might want to do and isolated enough to have that country feel.

"We moved into our customized home July 2018 in the Berryhill area. Concept has a wide variety of floor plans, but we wanted something different. We wanted it to be our own and Robert was very helpful and wonderful on the designing/customizing of our floor plan just as we wanted. Katie, was wonderful on helping us select the colors and style for the interior of our home. Darby, the superintendent, of the building of our home was amazing to work with. He stayed on top of the contractors and our home was completed ahead of schedule. Everyone was always very helpful and ready to answer any question we had. I would highly recommend Concept Builders."

Concept is a great company! My husband and I recently moved to our new construction home in Teal Ridge in the Sand Springs (Berryhill) area. We decided to build with Concept Builders because our previous home was Concept. The home was ten years old, and we hadn't had a single issue. Additionally, Concept had a wide variety of floor plans to fit our budget. Robert and Katie were extremely helpful along the way. We were first time home builders, and they never made us feel like a nuisance with the million questions we constantly had. We love our home, and we love our neighborhood!

My wife & I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Concept Builders, Tulsa OK. Geoff H***** was extremely helpful, friendly, unassuming, and knowledgeable. From the very beginning, he was on 'our' side and never 'left' us through the whole process. He keeps his word, and will follow through on every request you make. Three thumbs up! We love our home and the builder has been very attentive and a joy to work with. The location is laid back, and crime is almost non-existent. Try Concept Builders and ask for Geoff H*****.

Today we closed on our home in Pecan Estates in Glenpool that Concept built for us! My fiance and I were impressed from the very beginning with the professionalism of Robert, Darby and Katie, and the quality of the home Concept builds. Each of the Concept team were available and happy to answer questions or address issues brought to their attention quickly and professionally. We picked them because they build a custom plan, something none of the other home builders do in this area. In my opinion they also just build a better home than the others, using quality material and labor. We met some of the contractors they use and even the contractors were impressed with the cleanliness of the work-site and quality of the home! We were able to follow the progress as our home was built and any questions or concerns during the process were promptly addressed. Now the we have closed on the home our whole Concept team will continue to be available to address any questions or concerns, they didn't just build and leave. They have a longstanding history in Tulsa and obviously value the community they build and live in! People told us building a house can strain a marriage but my fiance says the Concept team made this the best experience he ever could have imagined. I tell all my friends and family to use Concept and if we ever build another home they are our very first choice.

Concept built us a customized home in Jarrett Farms (Ramona OK) and did fantastic. I am amazed at their honesty, integrity and flexibility. Robert, Darby and Katie were all amazing to work with. I highly recommend Concept, especially Robert, Darby and Katie! We could not be happier.

Concept is a great company! My husband and I just recently moved to our new construction home in Stone Creek Estates in the Sand Springs area. We decided to build with Concept Builders because we liked their open floor plan options. ****** (sales) is awesome at what he does and went above and beyond for us- ***** (foreman) was excellent and kept us in the know at all times. I really wasn't expecting the experience to be as painless as it was! Highly recommend!

We loved building with Concept Builders! We just closed on our house in Teal Ridge (in Sand Springs) back in April 2020. From the start, the Concept team was very easy/fun to work with and did everything they could to bring our vision to life. I know building a house is typically an exhausting and stressful process but we had a great experience. We will definitely use them if we ever decide to build again down the road.

I think Concept Builders Inc. is a good company that strives to be one of the highest quality home builders in the Tulsa area. We worked with Robert, Jim, and Katie throughout our home building experience. Robert was very open and upfront about everything from the start, Jim was very polite and understanding with our special requests, and Katie helped us make interior design choices. They work well as a team. We started our build around the beginning of 2020 and completed it in July 2020. I thought this was a very fast build considering COVID-19 restrictions, weather, and general constructions issues. I would 100% recommend them to build in the Tulsa area.
