That said, in my experience as a Tulsa Metro area real estate professional, I have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They have also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I have been an Active licensed realtor since July of 1996.  Since then I have continued my education, got my GRI, New Home Certification, Brokers License, and now my Brokers Associate license.    I owned and operated my own Company from 2001 to 2009.   Then I closed my company and joined Katie Cantrell Realty as a Broker Associate. Then in 2013, I moved my license to Coldwell Banker Select as a Broker Associate.   I have been a realtor for 24 years now.  I have seen a lot in these years, high interest rates, low rates and have done creative financing with different lenders to help buyers get their home of their dreams.   Then I assisted sellers in selling their home during the good and hard times.That brought great pleasure to my seller, then getting them to move into the New Home of their dreams.  Let me assist you in your home selling or buying experience.  I can assist you in this adventure of “Making Your Dreams Come Home “
