Barbara James

Originally from Odessa, Texas, Barbara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas, Permian Basin. Now based in Owasso, she’s a full-time real estate professional serving the Tulsa metro area.

Before real estate, Barbara built a strong foundation in corporate and retail management, where she honed her skills in organization, communication, and negotiation—qualities she brings to every client interaction. Known for her calm and attentive approach, Barbara is dedicated to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Now part of the Concept Builders sales team, Barbara is excited to expand her expertise into new home construction, helping clients understand the process and find homes that truly fit their needs.

Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy exploring Tulsa’s local restaurants, shops, and wine bars—and trying new recipes together at home.
